1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing parts, or returned after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.

Provide your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

  • Original shipping fees ($5.99 for standard shipping, $9.99 for expedited shipping) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Clearance or final-sale products
